Achieving Holistic Health

The other day when I was listening to a meditation on my favorite app Shine, the orator discussed that we have 4 bodies of health, and a huge lightbulb went off in my head. In continuing my health journey, the meditation and article reemphasized that “health” encompasses multiple aspects of ourselves that we have to keep working at the be the absolute best versions of ourselves. As shared in the article, we actually have 4 pillars that impact our health: our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and all of these aspects are connected to one another. Continuously working with all 4 pillars of our health is actually how we achieve the holy grail of Holistic Health.
