To deviate a little from my pregnancy/postpartum related blog posts the last few weeks, I thought I’d talk about something a little more light hearted and fun: fashion. Here in India, it’s extremely warm. We are well into summer and a cooling wardrobe is exactly what we need. Now I love my shorts and dresses, but I do enjoy wearing a cute pair of pants during the warm months for sure. Especially after being pregnant last year and not fitting into any of my pants for a little bit. I like my jeans and pants. Nevertheless, skinny jeans in the summer heat are NOT an option, but there are a wide variety of other alternatives. Check them out below.
Paperbag Waist Pants: I find paper bag waist anything to be super chic. I love the element of sophistication it as they elongate the legs. I got my hands on these pants from American Eagle India, and I’m in love with them. They’re perfect to pair with a cute t-shirt or crop top, making it a great summer look!
Wide Leg Jeans: Thanks to Gen Z discouraging skinny jeans, I decided to give wide leg jeans a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. The jeans are comfy and easy breezy to pair with just about anything. These wide leg jeans are from Zara, and they are paired with a crop top here. 
Cullottes: LOVE THESE. I have so many of them, but I still love them. They’re lose and comfortable to be at home in, yet with the right footwear they can easily be dressed up-perfect for places where the world is opening up! These ones are from the brand Twenty Dresses on the Nykaa Fashion website. Isn’t the color just so cute?!
Boyfriend/Mom Jeans: Yes, I’m a big jeans girl. So boyfriend jeans are a summer must have for me. They are loose, comfortable, everything is covered and they go with just about everything. When I can’t figure out what to wear on a given day, I immediately grab my boyfriend jeans and go about my day. American Eagle is my go to for these!

Love all the types of summer pants. They looks so comfy and flowy! I can’t choose a favorite because I like two of them the most- the pink and the stripped ones.
